Compliance documents
Importing toner cartridges means paperwork, and the requirements differ by market. Below is what we can supply, and what we need from you to supply it.

Documentation is prepared per code and per destination market. Ask before you order — not after the container is booked.
Market requirements you should check
Middle East
Saudi Arabia requires SABER registration — a product certificate (PCoC) plus a shipment certificate (SCoC) per consignment. Both are applied for by the Saudi importer, not by us, so the process starts with your side.
Africa
Nigeria runs SONCAP (PC + SC certificates), Kenya runs PVoC. Both must be completed before shipment — they cannot be issued once the goods have left the port.
Russia and EAEU
EAC conformity documents apply under customs union technical regulations. Confirm the exact scheme with your customs broker before ordering.
European Union
CE and WEEE marking, an EU-based responsible economic operator, EPR registration per member state, and packaging obligations under PPWR. We supply the technical file; the EU representative is arranged on your side.
What we do not claim
Our cartridges are compatible products. They are not manufactured, endorsed or licensed by HP, Canon or Brother. Brand names are used only to describe the printers a cartridge fits. We do not state a certification we cannot produce a document for — if you need a specific standard, ask and we will tell you plainly whether we hold it.
